Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years related experience
- Experience in all facets of HR including Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, timekeeping, HRIS, Employee Engagement, Labor Relations
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
- Organized and systematic with excellent time management skills
- Flexible, analytical, and a team player
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work unsupervised
