Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Assistant. In this role, you will provide essential support to our HR department in various administrative tasks and ensure the smooth operation of our HR processes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leaves.
- Coordinate new hire orientations and assist in onboarding activities.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure accuracy in timekeeping.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in conducting training programs and employee development initiatives.
