Job Description
MIRAIT PHILIPPINES, INC is seeking a Graduate of Psychology or BSBA in Human Resource Management for the position of HR Assistant.
The successful candidate will support the human resources department by:
- Screening and interviewing applicants
- Preparing payroll
- Orienting new employees
- Administering employee benefit programs
Required skills include Administrative Writing, Verbal Communication, Interviewing Skills, Organization, and Teamwork.
Job Type: Full-time
