Job Description
As an HR Assistant at MK Themed Attractions Philippines Inc., you will play a vital role in payroll processing, drafting and delivering important memos to employees, and providing support for HR functions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes.
- Prepare, distribute, and document Notices to Employees (NTE) in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to address employee inquiries regarding payroll and policy matters.
- Communicate and respond to employee inquiries.
- Support HR initiatives and projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant, preferably in a manufacturing or similar setting.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, including calculations and statutory compliance.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Must have a positive attitude and adhere to attendance policies.
- Must be willing to work On-Site for 6 days a week.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php15,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Ability to Relocate:
- Angeles City, Pampanga: Relocation before starting work (Required)
