Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an HR Assistant. This position will be responsible for providing support to the HR department in various administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, along with a strong attention to detail. Previous experience in an HR role or similar field is preferred, but not required.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Update and maintain employee records
- Assist in organizing employee training and development programs
- Provide support in performance management and evaluation processes
- Assist in handling employee queries and concerns
