Job Description
Pacific Timber Export Corporation seeks a full-time, permanent HR Assistant. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; HR or administrative experience is an advantage. Responsibilities include recruitment, timekeeping, and maintenance of employee records.
- Required skills: strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, and proficiency in MS Office.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks; a valid driver’s license is advantageous.
- Open to fresh graduates. Compensation: Php15,00–22,00. Benefits include holiday gifts, company events, employee discounts, free on-site parking, paid training, and opportunities for raises and promotion.
