Job Description
- Assist with recruitment process, scheduling interviews, and screenings.
- Maintain employee records, including personal info and evaluations.
- Process new hire paperwork and conduct orientations.
- Organize employee events, training sessions, and wellness programs.
- Prepare HR documents like contracts and termination letters.
- Support HR projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
- Prior HR or administrative experience desired.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Handle confidential info with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
- Effective team player.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php14,00.00 – Php16,00.00 per month
