Job Description
Prime Screwtech Bolts and Nuts is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an HR Assistant.
Job Description:
- Post job ads on all job portals.
- Schedule job interviews and assist in the interview process.
- Manage HR records including resumes, applicant logs, and employee forms.
- Explain employee benefits and compensation package.
- Respond to HR-related queries within the company.
- Issue employment contracts and verify submission of all requirements.
- Conduct employee orientations and performance reviews.
- Assist with the distribution of training materials.
- Arrange calendar of activities (i.e. trainings and seminars, etc.).
- Track the success rate in applications, interviews, and number of employees hired.
- Willing to do field work.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related (essential).
- Basic knowledge of labor laws.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately follow instructions.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
Salary: From Php500.00 per day.
