Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an HR Assistant (Recruitment). As an HR Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to support the recruitment process by coordinating and facilitating the hiring of new employees.
You will be responsible for posting job vacancies, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screening interviews, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining the applicant database, conducting background checks, and communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. You should also have a good understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
- Post job vacancies on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Review and evaluate resumes to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and communicate interview details to candidates.
- Maintain the applicant database and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in conducting reference and background checks for selected candidates.
- Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as preparing offer letters and employment contracts.
