Job Description
Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Social Science discipline or any degree courses
With at least 2-3 years of experience in HR services delivery (exposure in Construction industry is an advantage)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
– End-to-end recruitment:
- Source qualified applicants (thru any possible and effective platform)
- Facilitate induction/training to new employees
- Enroll all new employees in all statutory benefits
- Process bank enrollments
- Enroll new employees to company system
- Monitor tardiness and absenteeism
- Process clearances and final pay
- File safekeeping
- Manpower reporting
- Other duties related to recruitment
– Timekeeping
- Assist timekeeping team in monitoring employees’ attendance
– Other operational HR duties
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php23,00.00 per month
