Job Summary:
The Recruitment Specialist role involves managing all hiring activities, including sourcing, selecting, and onboarding qualified applicants within the approved timeline.
Requirements:
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of solid experience in volume recruitment (end to end).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly analytical and results-driven.
- Very organized and detail-oriented.
- Creative, resourceful, and passionate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
