Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and organized HR Assistant to join our team. The HR Assistant will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, assisting in payroll processing, and coordinating training programs.
Key qualifications for this role include a degree in Human Resources or related field, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Experience with HRIS systems and knowledge of labor laws are preferred.
