Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support for office efficiency
- Supports HR inquiries and requests
- Maintains digital records of employees
- Assists in recruitment and issuing contracts
- Handles office tasks and supports team organization
- Conducts orientations and updates staff records
- Processes payroll and resolves errors
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related
- Knowledge of Labor Law and payroll practices
- Effective HR administration and people management skills
- Excellent time management and computer literacy
- Strong decision-making and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php675.00 per day
Schedule: Holidays, Monday to Friday, Weekends
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary, Overtime pay
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience: 1 year in Human Resources (Preferred)
Language: English (Preferred)
