Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Psychology / Human Resource Management or related courses.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as HR Generalist.
- Location: Sta. Cruz, Davao.
Job Description:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Production Personnel.
- Support day-to-day HR operations.
- Maintain and update employee records (201 file).
- Process documentation related to personnel activities.
- Assist in payroll preparation and handling employee claims/loans.
- Organize employee relations activities.
- Monitor employment status and ensure policy compliance.
- Coordinate with HR Business Partner as needed.
- Perform other HR tasks as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php16,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary provided.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Required: Reliable commute to Davao or willing to relocate.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
