Job Description
SMC Multi-Services Inc. is seeking a qualified HR Assistant to join our team in Sta. Cruz, Davao. The ideal candidate will have a background in BS Psychology or Human Resource Management, with at least 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting recruitment processes for production personnel.
- Supporting daily HR operations and maintaining employee records.
- Assisting in payroll preparation and processing claims.
- Organizing employee relations activities.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies.
This is a full-time position with a competitive pay starting at Php16,00.00 per month, along with a 13th month salary.
