Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Psychology / Human Resource Management or related courses.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as HR Generalist.
- Location: Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (Production Personnel).
- Support daily HR functions and duties.
- Update employee records and process documentation.
- Assist in payroll and claims processing.
- Organize employee relations activities.
- Ensure policy compliance and handle HR concerns.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting from Php16,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Santa Rosa City, Laguna: Reliable commute or planning to relocate (Required)
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
