Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
- Coordinate new employee orientation and onboarding activities.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees.
- Support HR initiatives and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php12,187.58 – Php18,00.00 per month
