Job Description
Job Summary: Provides support services pertinent to HRD and administrative functions for the department.
Duties:
- Timekeeping: Monitor timekeeping machines, process time entries, and coordinate with payroll.
- Administrative: Process attendance and billings for security personnel, manage insurance claims.
- Prepare monthly and annual reports related to HR functions.
Qualifications:
- College graduate (preferably HR Management or related fields).
- Experience in manual and automated timekeeping.
- Detail-oriented, good communication skills, and willing to be assigned in Caloocan City.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
