Job Description
VALUE CHAIN SOLUTIONS, INC is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team. Key responsibilities include assisting with daily HR operations, clerical support, compiling employee records, coordinating meetings, and communication. The role involves preparing reports, assisting in payroll, handling complaints, and conducting orientation for new employees.
This is a full-time position with a monthly pay of Php 15,00, including benefits such as promotion opportunities, paid training, and staff meals.
Preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, 1 year of HR experience, and proficiency in English.
