Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
- With at least 2 years of experience as HR handling payroll.
- Evaluating and modifying existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
- Managing subordinate HR employees and daily operations related to compensation and benefits activities.
- Preparing budgets, reports, and presentations.
- Advanced mathematical skills and strong attention to detail.
- Experience working in payroll Excel and payroll software including Quickbooks, Sage, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to be assigned in Davao City.
- Can start immediately.
