Job Description
- Ensure that all new hires are provided with job description and KPIs
- Monitor the performance of newly hires on a daily/weekly/monthly basis including completion of assigned tasks.
- Provide feedback to new hires especially on the issues arising from performance
- Escalate issues to management that affects performance of new hires
- Work out solutions and interventions needed by new hires to address performance issues to keep new hires back on track
- Recommend possible pro-active intervention that will help new hires meet their performance targets.
