Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HR Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment for job vacancies at our project site and coordinate with local government offices such as PESO.
Your responsibilities include accurate timekeeping, compliance with DOLE mandates, implementing company regulations, and assisting employees with their daily concerns.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Business Administration, HR experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to relocate.
