Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4-year course in Behavioral Science, Psychology, or related field
- Must have at least 2 years solid background in Compensation and Benefits
- Relevant experience in processing statutory applications
- Outgoing and personable, you will be keen to quickly establish valuable relationships both internally and externally
- Strong influencing, networking, and negotiation skills
- Creative thinker with good analytical skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processes exit of separated employees
- Prepares Certificate of Employment as requested by employees
- Serves as a POC for check release
- Processes permanent Ids for regular employees
- Does other related tasks assigned by HR Associate for Compensation and Benefits
