- Proven experience in payroll & benefits processing and compliance.
- Facilitates timely and accurate administration of employee benefits.
- Experience in manual timekeeping and weekly checking of workers’ DTR.
- Attends to inquiries and concerns on benefits.
- Continuously monitors available Leave credits per employee.
- Prepares monthly report of government loans remittances for employees.
- Experience in HR Construction and overall HR facets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
1-2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php13,00.00 – Php14,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift | Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary
