- Handling Employee Relations
- Processing Payroll and Government-Mandated Benefits
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in psychology or equivalent
- Ability to work well under pressure and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel)
- Preferably with previous working experience in a construction company
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
