Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled HR Associate to join our team. As an HR Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with various human resources tasks, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, such as job posting, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation activities.
- Handle administrative tasks related to employee records and documentation.
- Assist with performance management processes, including performance appraisals and objective setting.
- Organize employee engagement activities, such as team building events, training programs, and celebrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR initiatives align with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Previous experience in human resources or a similar role is an advantage.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
