Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated HR Associate specialized in Employee Engagement to join our team. As an HR Associate, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and engaging work environment for our employees.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate employee engagement strategies and initiatives.
- Design and conduct surveys, analyze results, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Organize and coordinate employee recognition programs and events.
- Collaborate with different departments to promote effective communication and teamwork.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers in enhancing employee engagement within their teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing employee engagement programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and establish rapport with employees at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
