Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes from candidate sourcing to conducting preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate assessments, maintain applicant records, and schedule interviews.
- Stay updated on industry trends, participate in training, and analyze recruitment data.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field.
- Registered Psychometrician preferred.
- Previous HR experience, specifically in recruitment.
- Knowledgeable in labor law and practice.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
