Job Description
Company: Genfinity Philippines, Inc.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist newly hired employees with pre-employment requirements completion and 201 files maintenance
- Assist new hires/employees with the registration of government numbers
- Conduct new-hire orientations
- Create HRIS account for newly hired employees
- Maintain and update HRIS, particularly attendance and payroll system
- Administer payroll
- Prepare employees’ 13th month pay report
- Address employee inquiries regarding compensation
- Assist employees with loan applications
- Ensure timely remittance and payment of government contributions
- Manage benefits programs and assist employees with questions, issues, and enrollment
- Process employee resignations, including preparation of Exit Clearance, COE, 2316, and Final Pay
- Resolve employee relation issues while adhering to company policy and labor laws
- Maintain complete confidentiality of HR-related information
- Continuously improve internal HR policies
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Human Resource, Psychology, or related field
- At least 1-year experience in HR, preferably with Compensation and Benefits knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful problem solver with thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office, HRIS systems, and adaptable to new technical tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
