Job Description
Recruitment
- Create job advertisements and postings on various platforms
- Conduct candidate interviews and background checks
- Assist in on-boarding new employees
- Maintain employee records and assist in scheduling
Compensation & Benefits
- Process employee benefits and liaise with government agencies
Timekeeping
- Review attendance records for payroll processing
Employee Engagement
- Organize company events and participate in engagement activities
- Assist in teambuilding and other company events
QUALIFICATIONS
- BS Psychology, HR, or equivalent degree
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in MS Office
- Ability to handle confidential info and good communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
