Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Associate / HR Generalist. As an HR Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions and processes.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Assisting in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Administering employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing HR paperwork, conducting orientations, and updating employee records.
- Supporting employee relations initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, and employee recognition programs.
- Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Providing support in payroll and benefits administration.
- Conducting research and analysis on HR-related topics and trends.
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with excellent communication and organizational skills. Previous experience in HR or a similar role is preferred but not required.
