Job Description

Qualification:

• Graduate of BSBA-HRDM or BS Psychology
• With at least 6 months of experience in general HR but FRESH GRADUATES are welcome to apply.
• Willing to report on-site from Monday to Saturday
• Amenable to be assigned in San Pedro, Laguna

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with HR Supervisor on lacking Manpower.
• Input payroll details of newly hired employees to Timekeeping Software.
• In-charge of monitoring attendance of all employees.
• Coordinate with Production Department regarding Production Schedule and manpower lineup.
• In-charge in monitoring employee’s Service Incentive Leave and Annual Physical Exam.
• Responsible for timekeeping of all employees every payroll cut-off.
• In-charge in monitoring employees’ overtime every cut-off.
• Ensures that Production Department has sufficient manpower.
• Assist employees on payroll complaints.
• Responsible for issuance of Disciplinary Notice, re-orient and counsel employees with violations.
• Responsible for scheduling newly hired employees on their In-Plant Training.
• In-charge of preparation and sending AWOL letters.
• Coordinate with clients’ HR personnel for any HR-related concerns.
• Monitor employees’ payroll deductions and submit the same to the Accounting Department.
• In-charge of requisition and inventory of uniforms and office supplies.
• In-charge of monitoring employees’ Performance Evaluation.
• Assist HR Assistant in Recruitment on processing applicants.
• In-charge of processing Employees Clearance.
• Coordinates with HR Assistant (Benefit) on employees’ concerns to Government Agencies.
