Job Description
- Graduate of 4 years courses, preferably in B.S Psychology, B.S in Human Resource, or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years solid experience as HR Assistant / HR Associate.
- Facilitate the recruitment process.
- Manage online job postings, shortlist candidates, and schedule job interviews.
- Coordinate orientation, training sessions, and onboarding for new employees.
- Ensure effective communication with employees and timely query resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leaves.
- Capable of managing timekeeping.
- Creative, detail-oriented, with basic knowledge of Phil. Labor Law.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php13,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift

- 13th-month salary
