Job Description
We are looking for a committed HR Associate to oversee timekeeping for both bakeshop and office employees, maintain accurate personnel records, and ensure adherence to employment regulations. This role involves assisting with recruitment by sourcing candidates, conducting background checks, coordinating training sessions, performing employee orientations, and generating detailed HR activity reports.
This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Php15,00.00 to Php16,00.00, along with attractive benefits including paid training, a 13th-month salary, and overtime compensation.
