Job Description
We are seeking an HR Associate — Learning & Development to design, deliver, and coordinate employee training programs, manage the learning management system, and support performance development initiatives.
- Responsibilities: conduct training needs analyses, develop instructional materials, schedule and facilitate sessions, monitor participation and impact, and collaborate with managers and external vendors to achieve measurable learning outcomes.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; 1–3 years of HR or L&D experience; strong communication, instructional design, and project coordination skills; proficiency with LMS platforms and learning technologies.
