Job Description
Medicare Plus, Inc. is currently seeking an HR Associate to join our team. As an HR Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with recruitment processes
- Capturing employee data, work records, and payroll information
- Preparing payroll reports for management
- Organizing training activities, meetings, and in-house events
- Answering general HR queries
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
