Job Description
- Coordinates all hiring activities;
- Prepares job postings to attract candidates;
- Conducts initial screening and interviews;
- Coordinates interview schedule;
- Communicates application status to candidates;
- Ensures pre-employment compliance;
- Prepares employee files;
- Maintains HRD bulletin board;
- Facilitates HRD forms requisitioning;
- Prepares ad hoc reports as required.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in BS Psychology or related field
