Job Description
Newstar Shopping Mart Inc. is seeking a committed HR Associate to assist the Store Manager and HR Department Section Manager. This pivotal role encompasses comprehensive recruitment management, support with timekeeping, documentation preparation, and addressing employee inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and interview candidates for open positions.
- Facilitate the completion of pre-employment forms and training sessions.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in retail HR is advantageous.
