Job Description
- Over-all responsible for recruitment and placement process.
- Responsible to provide all documents/things needed for the newly employees.
- Keeping and maintaining 201 file of all employees and having a monthly summary updates.
- Review the internal grievances, discipline, dismissal policy of the company.
- Give trainings to employees and ensure the necessary documentation records are accomplished.
- Assist in the issuance and retrieval of Management System Documents.
- Perform other HR functions and activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
