Job Description
Assist with the day-to-day operation of HR duties and functions. Provide clerical and technical support in areas such as recruiting, hiring, compensation, and benefits.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Familiar with different facets of Human Resource
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel
- Confident in dealing with people and confidential data
- Detail-oriented, demonstrates self-directed learning, and dependable work ethics
- Willing to work in Cainta, Rizal
- Can start as soon as possible
