Job Description
We are PTC Agency & Transport, Inc., seeking a dedicated and skilled HR Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s or College Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or an equivalent field. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in all HR facets is required.
The successful applicant will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and will be proficient in team building, problem-solving, basic counseling, and negotiation. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset are essential for this role.
