Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferably BS Education graduate or other 4-year related courses
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in teaching or training
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Create training content in collaboration with Leaders and Subject Matter experts (SMEs)
- Collaborate with HR Legal for the list of violators to conduct training refresher programs.
- Ensure successful execution of training needs
- Review content at regular intervals to ensure all updates are incorporated.
- Create Training calendar and monitor the schedule of training
- Provide training reports and performance monitoring
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php15,00.00 – Php16,00.00 per month
