Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated HR Associate with a specialization in Recruitment to join our team. As an HR Associate – Recruitment, you will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting top talent for our organization.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting full-cycle recruitment processes for various positions within the company.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective job advertisements.
- Utilizing various sourcing strategies to attract candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates’ qualifications and fit.
- Coordinating and facilitating the selection process, including administering tests and conducting background checks.
- Preparing and extending job offers to successful candidates.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and tracking metrics.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and current sourcing techniques.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized with a high attention to detail.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
