Job Description
As an HR Associate in our Shared Services team, you will be responsible for providing HR support to multiple departments within the organization. Your main duties will include assisting in recruitment processes, managing employee records, and handling HR inquiries.
You will be collaborating closely with various teams to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
Experience in HR functions and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field are required. Knowledge of HR software systems is a plus.
