Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Document Management
• Maintain and update employee records, including personal information
• Maintain employee files and databases, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal requirements.
• Communication and Support
• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding documentation inquiries, providing assistance and clarification as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as IT and Legal, to ensure seamless documentation processes and data integrity.
• Administrative Support
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR department, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing correspondence.
• Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and internal memos.
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate HR personnel or providing assistance as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, BS Psychology or a related field.
• Proficiency in using Excel, worksheets, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay

Ability to Commute:

• Makati City (Required)
