Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
– Support annual salary reviews and bonus cycles.
– Coordinate payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
– Address employee queries related to benefits and payroll.
– Maintain HRIS data and employee records.
– Prepare reports and assist with audits and compliance.
– Collaborate on HR initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and retention.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
– 1–2 years of relevant HR experience.
– Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
