Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our team as an HR Associate. This position plays a crucial role in supporting our Human Resources department in various administrative tasks related to employee recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for working with people, excellent interpersonal skills, and a good understanding of HR processes and procedures. Responsibilities include conducting initial screenings of job applicants, coordinating interviews, assisting with employee onboarding processes, managing employee records, and handling basic HR inquiries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Prior experience in HR or administrative role is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
