Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated HR Associate to join our team and take charge of employee engagement initiatives. As an HR Associate Employee Engagement, your main responsibility will be to create and implement programs and activities to enhance employee satisfaction and well-being.
You will be responsible for organizing team-building activities, employee recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and other engagement activities. You will also work closely with the HR team to develop and execute strategies to improve employee communication and collaboration.
