Job Description
Niu Professional Inc. is actively seeking a committed HR Business Partner Assistant to enhance our team. This pivotal role will serve as the primary point of contact for both employees and managers, driving talent management initiatives and proactively supporting HR processes.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of experience in HR Business Partner or HR Center of Excellence roles, along with a Bachelor’s degree and a strong understanding of business operations. Key responsibilities will include advising business leaders on HR matters, coaching junior managers, and implementing HR solutions effectively.
This full-time position is located in BGC, Taguig City, Philippines.
