Job Description
Primus@Knowledge Specialists, Inc. is in search of a committed HR Business Partner Assistant. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for both employees and managers, facilitating talent management programs and providing strategic HR advice. You will also support various HR processes and mentor junior managers to cultivate their skills.
Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Business Partner or HR Center of Excellence roles, hold a Bachelor’s degree, and demonstrate strong business acumen and negotiation skills. The ability to thrive under pressure is essential. Candidates must be open to relocating to BGC, Taguig City, Philippines.
This full-time role includes health and life insurance, paid training, and additional benefits.
